What should be noted when using an ultrasonic atomizer?

July 12th at 2:13pm

When filling the sink with water, the water temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃, but should not exceed 40 ℃, otherwise it will affect the atomization rate.

2. The quality of water used for atomization is very important (it is recommended to use purified water or distilled water). Poor water quality can easily cause scaling on the surface of the chip and affect the atomization rate. It is forbidden to directly add liquid medicine to the water tank to avoid machine failure.

3. Chips are consumables. If the water column in the sink significantly decreases during use, the chip should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. The float in the sink is a water level alarm sensing device, which should not be lost or not installed. When using, it should be placed in the direction indicated by the float, otherwise the machine will not alarm when the water level is too low.

5. Face masks, corrugated tubes, atomizing cups, etc. should be disinfected with chemical disinfectants (do not use alcohol or high temperature disinfection).

6. Ultrasonic atomizers are generally equipped with automatic protection devices. When the start-up time is too long and the water tank temperature is too high, the protection device will automatically cut off the circuit and emit an alarm sound. At this point, you should immediately turn off the device and wait for 15 minutes or replace the water in the sink before turning it back on.

7. When the machine is working, do not put your hands into the sink or ultrasonic water column to avoid injuring your hands or causing other accidental injuries.
